This spacious luxury villa with a Thai style exterior design and elegant wooden interior details offers three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms surrounding a large 5 * 10 meter salt water pool. A balcony with outdoor dining table and seating area overlooks the pool area. Inside, there is a fully equipped western kitchen, dining area, living room with 55 inch TV, game room with billiard and foosball table, and an office with convertible sofa, desk, and exercise equipment. The space - 3 bedrooms, 2 with king bed, 1 with twin beds that can be combined to a king bed - 3 en suite bathrooms and one common area bathroom. - Fully equipped western kitchen with dining area. - Tastefully decorated living room wit 55" TV - 10 x 5 meter private swimming pool with jacuzzi - Poolside deck with sun loungers - Outdoor seating and dining areas - Office with convertible sofa, desk and exercise equipment - Laundry room Other things to note Electricity is charged at 6 THB/unit (kWh) and water is charged at 30 THB/unit. We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 500 THB per day. This will cover a normal usage, with aircon in each room during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the villa, you will most likely pay double. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island. We collect a 20,000 THB security deposit at check-in. The deposit is retuned at check-out. We expect you to respect our standard rules: check-in and check-out times , maximum capacity, no smoking inside the villa! (allowed in the garden and by the pool, you have a lot of space), no illegal activities, respect of the property, respect of the neighbours (no loud parties, no loud noise after 10pm). IMPORTANT! Please respect our check-in and check-out times. This Villa is a one of a kind, so if there are guests the night before, they have the right to check out according to the rules after which we need time to clean the Villa, same if a guest is checking in same day you check out, we need time to clean the Villa and change beddings before the standard check-in time. In case an early check-in or late check-out is available, we charge 1000 baht per hour extra. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Villa! There are plenty of outdoor areas to smoke, we will have to charge 15,000 baht fine if we smell smoke inside to be able to clean all fabric areas to get rid of the smell before the next check-in. We expect the Villa to be clean and tidy on check out. If we need to do additional cleaning (more than normal) after check out, we will charge 2.000 baht extra.
